何謂家長值勤 ?

為確保學生有一個安全的學習環境, 家長需到校值勤, 協助維持安全及秩序.

 如何得知值勤日期及次數 ?

每家庭每學期需到校值勤一次, 本學期的值勤表將公佈在餐廳及博根網站(http://bergenchineseschool.com/Index/content/parent-duty-list). 在值勤日期的前一星期, 將會收到E-mail提醒通知.

 如何值勤 ?

值勤當日, 請於1:00PM前向訓導主任史訓智報到, 3:45PM值勤完畢後, 請回到訓導處簽名, 否則將有$25罰款.

 何謂「家長服務費」?

新生第一次註冊時, 需繳交家長服務費$25, 該支票會在每學期家長值勤完後存檔, 下學期不必再繳.  若未如期執行任務, 此費將被沒收, 並於下次註冊時在重新繳交一次.

 不能在指定日期值勤怎麼辦?

如因任何原因不能在指定日期前來學校, 請提前告知訓導主任更換值勤日期

What is Parent Service Duty?

To create a safe and comfortable learning environment, parents are called upon to assist in enforcing security rules during school hours.

 How often? When?

Parents are required to fulfill their duties once each semester.  The assigned date is posted in front of cafeteria door.  It is also posted in the PARENTS ON DUTY section at our web http://bergenchineseschool.com/Index/content/parent-duty-list  You will receive an e-mail reminder one week before your duty day.

 How to fulfill the Parents service Duty?

Please come to cafeteria at 1:00PM on your assigned day and report to Mr. Charles Shyy, the BCS Dean of Students.  He will provide instruction about your duties.  Please remember to sign out when you finish your duty at 3:45PM.  Signing out will ensure that you receive your $25 deposit back.

 What is Deposit for Parents Service Duty?

1. It is the $25 deposit you pay when you first register your children to our school. The deposit will automatically be applied to the next semester if you fulfilled your duties for the current semester.  In the event that you are not able to perform your duty, you must pay the $25 again the next time register.
2. It is refunded when you leave BCS.

 What if there is a conflict with your schedule on your assigned day?

Please re-schedule a different day with Mr. Charles Shyy at least one week before your assigned duty day.
